Ex: The Seer with a CC of 1% will become 61% under Adarza buff. Special note about those CC sources: All of them look at your CC number and adds: up to 50/200 (Harrow), 60 (Adarza), and 200 (Smeeta). If it's more, your source of extra CC needs to come from an external source, such as Harrow, Adarza, or getting lucky with Smeeta. And I regularly get orange crits for 45K damage (thanks to 10-15 of the yellow crits being upgraded by the Vigilante bonus). But if two CC mods gets you real close to 200%, it then comes down to your base CD that is to say, if your CD is just 2x or less, the extra CC is worth it. The clones basically make your Ignis beam 12M wide. Red repeats it, giving you a +300%, etc.ĭon't get me wrong, while your damage increases grow marginal, it's still a damage increase.Īs a rule of thumb, if you can only get to 100% CC ± some amount depending on fire rate, CD will suit you better than a second CC mod. But at the second level (orange), instead of treating your yellow crit as principle damage, becomes a +200% damage, up from +100% from earlier. It's basically a +100% damage that's multiplicative with Serration and it's ilk at the first level of crit. It is worth noting that how crit damage works for crit levels, is not multiplicative with itself.
